  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to our logistics partners for dispatch.

2. Shipping Time

  • Estimated delivery timelines:

    • Metro cities: 2–4 business days

    • Other locations: 3–7 business days

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹500.

  • A standard shipping fee of ₹70 shall be applicable on orders below the minimum value.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email.

  • You can track your order status in real time using the provided link.

5. Delivery Partners

  • We work with reliable courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery across India.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times.

  • If the delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be returned to us.

7. Incorrect Address / Contact Details

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

  • AROMARAS will not be responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information.

8. Damaged or Tampered Packages

  • If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with:

    • Do not accept the delivery, or

    • Record a video while opening the package

  • Contact us within 24 hours at care@aromaras.com with proof for assistance.

9. Delays Beyond Control

  • While we aim for timely delivery, AROMARAS is not liable for delays caused by:

    • Natural disasters

    • Government restrictions

    • Courier partner disruptions
