Purchase & Cancellation Policy – AROMARAS

At AROMARAS, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. Please read our purchase and cancellation terms carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Confirmation

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via SMS/email.

  • AROMARAS reserves the right to accept or reject any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious transactions.

2. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices listed are in INR (₹) and inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (clarify as per your pricing).

  • We accept payments via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and other supported payment methods.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for select locations.

3. Order Cancellation (By Customer)

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

  • To cancel an order, contact us at care@aromaras.com with your order details.

4. Cancellation by AROMARAS

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases such as:

    • Product out of stock

    • Incorrect pricing or product information

    • Payment issues or failed transactions

    • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • In such cases, a full refund will be processed.

5. Refund Policy (For Cancelled Orders)

  • If an order is cancelled before dispatch:

    • Prepaid orders: Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

    • COD orders: No refund applicable as no payment was collected.

6. Modifications to Orders

  • Changes to orders (address, product variant, etc.) can be requested only before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, no modifications can be made.

7. Non-Cancellable Orders

  • Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

  • Personalized or limited-edition products (if any) may not be eligible for cancellation.

8. Failed Deliveries

  • If an order is returned due to:

    • Incorrect address

    • Customer unavailability

  • AROMARAS reserves the right to deduct shipping charges before re-shipping or refunding.
